Shipping and Returns

Due to the nature of these custom products, returns will only be considered for damaged or defective products received. Such a claim must be made within 24 hours of receipt of your purchase along with photographs showing the damage or defect. 

Cancellation of an order will only be accepted within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
